An accomplished IT and project delivery leader with more than three decades of success, Kale has experience guiding complex, multi‑vendor initiatives across healthcare, energy, insurance, telecom, and public-sector environments. He has experience translating highly technical, data‑driven information into clear, actionable guidance for executives, clinicians, and operational teams.
Throughout his career, Kale has led major enterprise programs—including health information exchange (HIE) deployments, clinical workflow modernization, and interoperability & data exchange projects. His work has involved more than 60 hospitals, thousands of clinical interfaces, numerous vendors, and mission‑critical environments for organizations such as Tenet Healthcare, Oracle Health, Evergy, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
